FSU@Home DSL service is provided through the Office of Telecommunications (OTC) at Florida State University.

• If you have any problems with your FSU@Home DSL service, please contact the FSU Technology Services Helpdesk at (850) 644-HELP (4357), or you can e-mail the Technology Services Help Desk at help@otc.fsu.edu



• If the FSU Technology Services Helpdesk is unable to resolve the problem, you will be referred to the Office of Telecommunications (OTC), 8:30am-4:00pm. Problems escalated to OTC after 4:00pm will be taken the next business day.
