- Go to Entourage menu, click on Account Settings

- Click on the arrow next to New, then choose Mail
|

- For Account type, choose IMAP, then press OK
|

- Fill in the information as seen in the screenshot below.
IMAP server: imap.fsu.edu
SMTP server: smtp.fsu.edu

Both the incoming and outgoing server require SSL.
Under Receiving mail, click on the button "Click here for advanced receiving options. Place a check next to "This IMAP service requires a secure connection (SSL). Your port number will automatically change to 993.

- Under Sending mail, click on the same button and place a check next to "SMTP service requires secure connection (SSL)" as well as "SMTP server requires authentication".

- Click OK on the Edit Account screen, and close the Accounts screen. You should be prompted automatically to enter your account password if you did not do so under Edit Account.

| Add the FSU LDAP directory to your address book. |
