From the mail screen, open the file menu menu and choose import/export
Choose "Export to File"

Select NEXT
Under "Create a file of type" choose "Comma Separated Values (Windows)"

Be sure to choose your contacts if you are exporting your contacts or calendar if you are exporting your calender.

Try importing your Contacts into JES.
Exporting an Outlook Calendar
Outlook 2003 and earlier exports the calendar in cvs format.
Follow the screenshots above, but choose the calendar folder instead of contacts.
There are free import tools for importing this cvs format to vCalendar, iCalendar, iCal format (vcs / ics file).
Once you have exported and saved your calendar.cvs file you can convert it here:
http://www.manastungare.com/projects/yahoo2ical/
Once you have converted your calendar file to ical format, you can follow these instructions for importing to JES.
Outlook 2007 exports the Calendar in the ics format (so no other steps are needed for converting the cvs file into ics format)
