Blackberry Exchange Service for FSU

Currently, Outlook Integration is an optional service for Blackberries purchased through the FSU Office of Telecommunications.  Note:  We are unable to activate this service on “personal user” blackberries.
If you would like Outlook Integration activated (you must have an exchange e-mail account) on your Blackberry, complete the online Telecommunications Service Request at www.otc.fsu.edu (select “Place Order”).  For pricing and more information, visit OTC/alltel/plans.

If you have Outlook Integration provided by FSU and are experiencing problems with e-mail, perform a Hard Reset (remove the battery from the rear of the Blackberry unit for 10 seconds). If the hard reset does not resolve your issue, complete a Repair Ticket at www.otc.fsu.edu (select “Request Repair”).
